    Ferrence, Marchand, Lucic... ack! Like a bad case of jock itch, they just wont go away.

    Sure hope recent events have swept away any ambivalence about the Canucks around here. Anyone care for the alternative? It's been quite fun. Was pretty preoccupied during first round but I hear they won game 7 in OT (.....sniff). Predators make the Devils look like Gretzky's Oilers. SJ series was lots of fun with the 'choke' legacy reinforced - wow must be tough to be a sharks fan - and there were live boobs too.

    I'm speechless when 'nucks fans go on about how "awesome" Higgins is. Conversely, they dont know what I mean when I ask if Lappy has gone "all googly eyes" yet. I sure hope he does.

    The hand-wringers all already worried about the riot.

    .. and yay for the Jets. Hope their new name isn't too stupid.

    For reference, see Browns, Cleveland version 2.0. Sure, it was an expansion team, but was anyone complaining? Now what if they had gone with Cleveland RiveronFire, or Cleveland Crabs, or some other stupid assed name?

    Not having any ties with the previous franchise never stopped Ottawa from using the Senators...

    My brother says the only one that doesn't sound like a major junior/AHL team is the "Winnipeg Blue and Gold" (like the Rouge et Or). Or just go with the "Winnipeg Threshers". Could still be blue and gold.

    What a condescending prick Bettman is. Already threatening if the building doesn't sell ouuuuut~! Tell that the Phoenix/Dallas/Florida/Columbus/etc arsewipe.
