"Ladies and gentlemen, on stage for your dancing pleasure, the Buffalo Sabres" - Game Preview and Open Thread

Waiting in line details - 7:30 PM start, Bell Centre, Montréal, QC. On TV: RDS and RDS-HD in French, Sabres local TV MSG in English. Montreal English radio CJAD, Montreal French radio CKAC. Habs better be pissed after the blech of Saturday night. A 4-2 win by the Habs over the Sabres was the beginning of our 6-game point streak. Sabres on a 2-game losing streak. This is the last home game for the Habs before they head out on a tour of the Northeast division with games at Boston, Ottawa, Toronto, and Buffalo.

Pay your cover charge to - Sabre Rattling. Tom Luongo the blogger is an excellent writer, as I have seen his work on AOL's Fanhouse. AOL Fanhouse pays its writers, so they gotta be good. Here on FHF the only payment we get is buying each other lap dances.

Hot sexy Habs to watch - uh, no one? Man I'm still pissy about Saturday night. I guess Higgins is sort of hot with a 3-game goal scoring streak. And the defence, when not deflecting pucks into their own net, is looking OK as a group, with FHF fave The Hamr as the backbone.

Hot sexy Sabres to watch - Tomas Vanek has 5 points in his last 4 games.

Skanky Habs to watch - Michael Ryder, if you can find him on the fourth line. How will the Christo-Hole-in-the-Wall (if he's playing) respond after having a bit of an off-night Saturday?

Skanky Sabres to watch - neither Miller or Ti-Bo can boast a save % above .900 or a GAA below 3.00.

Post game adult entertainment establishment - take a night off and call your mother you perverts.

Watching the game? At the game? Listening? Imagining the game in your head? Let's hear your dirty, dirty thoughts in the comments.

Promote the Big Tits to the first line. Give Ryder a taste of the third.

  8. On another episode of Strange Things at Centre Ice...Higgins' stick spontaneously implodes and Gui collapses over thin air at the red line. Weird.

  12. HF29, at least the Habs are consistent. I would be posting more, but my dog just learned something about power sockets and tongues. She's in an 'interesting' mood right now, to say the least.

  17. Good stuff. Keep putting points in the bank, avoid long losing streaks, beat the teams below you so they stay below you. A working man's win tonight and a good rebound from Saturday's mess.
