"Ladies and gentlemen, on stage for your dancing pleasure, the Buffalo Sabres" - Game Preview and Open Thread

We need more "famous" people dressing as strippers.
Tonight is Lucy Pinder.

Waiting in line details - 7:30 PM start, HSBC Center, Buffalo, NY. On TV: RDS and RDS-HD in French. Montreal English radio CJAD, Montreal French radio CKAC. Did we not play in Buffalo last Friday night? Or is this my version of that Star Trek: TNG Episode where the Enterprise keeps blowing up because it's in a time loop? (Best. Scene. Ever.)

Pay your cover charge to - Check out The Willful Caboose. They have Star Wars references and professional viola-playing female hockey bloggers. Awesomeness!

Hot sexy Habs to watch - hmmm. Price is in nets, looking for his 4th straight win. Steve Bégin? He exploded for 2 goals against the Isles. Higgins has a goal in each of his last 2 games. Markov leads East D in all-star voting so he must be hot, right? Not to mention I am listening to the Melrose Line ESPN podcast as I type this and The Mullet says he is a Norris candidate.

Hot sexy Sabres to watch - well they just beat the Sens 4-2 so alot of them. Ryan Miller is getting better, while Derek Roy has 4 points in his last 3 games and Vanek has 4 assists in his last 2.

Skanky Habs to watch - I can feel it. This is the night Ryder breaks out. Hahahahaha.

Skanky Sabres to watch - Maxim Afinogenov has zero points in his last 5 games, and only 6 points all year.

In the VIP Room - Lots of good discussion today on FHF about the Habs' place in the league (scroll down to the next post). Are we an elite team? No way imho. But there really aren't alot of elite teams this year. We can take a step towards being elite by winning more than one fucking game in a row.

Post-game adult entertainment establishment - a secret spot. With Panger in town, he and I will be watching the game at Casa del HF29 and following it up with a trip with HF33 somewhere. Try to find us!

Watching the game? At the game? Listening? Imagining the game in your head? Let's hear your dirty, dirty thoughts in the comments.

  6. Hey, thanks for the link! Hopefully your theory is correct, and we are stuck in a Star Trek- style time loop from last week. Go Sabres!

I'm glad to have found this highly entertaining and informative site. From now on, I will come to Four Habs Fans for all of my hockey-as-it-relates-to-stripping needs. Keep up the good work!

  7. Katebits thx for dropping by! Your site is great.

And as I say to all our female visitors, we apologise, and are not misogynistic scum! well maybe a bit ;). It's all part of our goal to unite the two best Montreal institutions - Habs and strippers. Find the last Leafs post - hot male stripper fireman action!

Good luck tonight. well, not really.

  8. Loved the Star Trek reference. But, then again, Panger knows what kind of a geek I am...

And, FWIW, I have no problem with the female strippers. Male strippers are kind of icky (so it's fitting that you post them with the Laffs...)

I will be going out for dinner tonight (couldn't get out of it) so I'm going to miss the fucking game. Urge to kill... rising...

Oh, and Panger (if you're reading this) - I forgot my cell phone at home. Call me on Mr. LG77's cell if you guys decide to frequent an establisment (of ill repute or otherwise).

The number is identical to mine, only it starts with 941. :-)

  19. That call was bull shit. I hate when refs decide games. How can it be a trip, he dove and hit the puck, big shit if roy fell. Komisarek hit the puck first. Fuck NHL refs, they should face disciplinary measures for calls like that, especially when they decide games. FUCKIN BULLSHIT

    ReplyDelete
  20. Panger says the habs played about 20 minutes. that's about right

    ReplyDelete
