Eklund, that paragon of accountability and reliability, has the Habs down as interested in Erhoff and Marleau, with the Fish looking for Halak and Turtleneck. No word on how the numbers would balance out, but since there doesn't appear to be anything else going on today, we can discuss cap numbers and players to whom we don't mind waving goodbye.

I'd rather not have to rely on Curtis Sanford should Price get injured or, Bob forbid, continue his spring suckitude. Besides, Halak hasn't been showcased enough to make him a valuable asset, and it's not like we gain a huge amount of cap room by trading him...
