Well, looks like my predictions were unfortunately true and I'll have to wait a long time before watching any CH playoff hockey. From the looks of the comments here, and the boxscore, this has been another ugly fucking game.
I had a little crisis of faith last night (see prev. thread) and I appreciate HF10 et al talking me down from the ledge. I'll be joining my girlfriend and my BC family on the couch, cheering for the Canucks and I'll be happy with every W they get, however I'm a fool to think that satisfaction will EVER come close to watching the Fucking Habs.
I'm a Hab for life, and the frustration only makes a CH win that much better. I'm in this for life.

@Moey: Playing devil's advocate here, I'm sure the Bruins have some undisclosed major injuries, too. Every time has them at this time of the year.
If I'm going to be an optimist, I'm going to look at this as the absolute worse we can play. Considering all the injuries, off ice shit, ownership issues, coaching issues , the fact we finished 8th is... I don't know, not that bad. The season before was an overachievement so as long as we stay the course and no one does anything completely stupid, our future should be okay.
Of course, it all depends what happens in the summer. Will Bob be here? Will Carey be here? Kovy? Koivu? Who comes to replace them?
