Is it really that difficult to shut out the Devils? I mean say it had been the Capitals then I might be slightly interested but as it stands, Leafs still suck.
I just gotta say I posted this yesterday afternoon:
I have a feeling Halak will steal the show tonight, giving the Habs a 2-1 victory in OT or a shootout, even though he'll face about 50 shots and the Habs will toss about 18 at Bobby Lou.
So I wasn't exactly on, but I think I was in the ballpark.

Spare a thought for Mike Komisarek.
Last summer he decides he is tired of getting beat up by Milan Lucic and thiks a change of scenery will do him good. He tells his agent he wants to play for Philly, Boston or the Rangers. None of those teams are interested, however.
Then he remembers Brian Burke is GM of the US National team. So he figures, well, maybe Toronto sucks but at least I'll get to go to the <a href="http://www.nhl.com/ice/news.htm?id=515683>Olympics.</a>

As a Habs fan, ive come to understand that the only thing i hate more than the Toronto Maple Leafs, is Leaf fans.
There should be some form of Darwin imposed on the circus animals that call in to the Fan 590.
For example,
If you call in and suggest that:
- Tie Domi was a better player than Sundin
- Trading Stajan your "Captain" and "Heart and soul of our franchise" away was a bad thing.
- Or, even having the sack to say with a straight face,"Burke should just trade Schenn and Komo for Kovalchuk"
You should be immediately taken outside, shot, and pissed on.
Fuck the Leafs, and Fuck their fans.

Me I like too pour salt in the 43 year festering leaf wound by reminding most (not all cuz there's a few good puppets and eyebeleafers out there) leaf fans that they aren't hockey fans, just leaf fans. Then I duck.

Question for 33: Do you have either of the two Centennial jerseys for this year? Because I've yet to see them anywhere in Calgary, to the point where I just ordered them off NHL.com (they arrived tonight -- I'm pumped). It occurs to me that I may be just about the only guy in Calgary that has them.
