Look Carey, it's totally understandable you'd like some extra benjamins to spend in Montreal's VIP rooms so you're holding out for more cash. But you're a celebrity, I'm sure they'll comp you. Win some games and they'll
really comp you, if you know what I mean. Nudge nudge wink wink say no more.

Unless things have changed, I believe that Wanda's is the Hab's den of iniquity of choice.But whichever establishment, they will certainly welcome Benjamin's rather than Borden's (Man can't we get somebody a little cooler!?)
Hey orangeman, did not get a chance to post after your Moscow post, you are one crazy PHuck, get your ass back to montreal, we are going to need you to fill as pot on our fourth line, you can confuse the opposition with your drunken wit.
Ciao
The "41" edited to "31" on her belly really made me laugh.
So our Seabiscuit is morphing into a more modern nag, is he? Underperforming early, then a strong career finish? Sure can hope. Just hope he doesn't bust a tibia and have to be euthanized along the boards ...
Is that Miller Lite on the 10-gallon hat? Methinks Phat Cari is too large to be awarded that epithet. Maybe "Miller, slow and heavy".
@le12
Alysheba won the Derby in '87 - Carey's birth year - but was sadly euthanized at age 25. Just a hunch.
@gg - but not after a long and successful stud career, no?
Carey'll have to work fast if he wants a successful stud career before 25, but I guess he's been practicing.
@Le12
Win a title at 23. Try your best at 24. Glue factory at 25. Instead of a shiva carey's buddies can sit around and sniff him.
Sniffing glue at shiva? God, I missed you guys...
Other hilarious detail (aside from the genius bandage) - the Canadian Tire money sticking out of her skirt/pants/denim thingie. heh.
It's Gorges' birthday! Have a Dairy Queen or something.
CowGGirl hat tip to our wonderful artiste.
@Moe
Merci
Savin' this.
OHHhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...............The maple Laffs, the Maple Laffs The Maple laffs,
How inferior would we feel if we didn't have Burke's boys to kick around.
Just thought it was a nice preamble to the article from the National (!!??) Post. (HMmmm shouldn't it be called the "Toronto Navel Gazer", or something along those lines)?
ANYWAY ENJOY!
So, in case you haven’t noticed, Tomas Kaberle is still a Toronto Maple Leaf and the team remains inexplicably thin at forward.
If the season started today, the team’s top three centres would be Tyler Bozak, Nazem Kadri — who has played one National Hockey League game — and Mikael Grabovski, who may or may not be capable of standing up on skates for more than 20 seconds at a time.
Leafs general manager Brian Burke did everything in his power to increase the defenceman’s value, insisting to the media that a bidding war would evolve as his no-trade clause deadline approached, Sunday night at midnight.
But, in the end, the pricetag was more than anyone wanted to spend. Burke was widely reported to have wanted two players — a top six forward and a prospect. Now he doesn’t have either, but he still has a few options.

God bless the leafs!
Tampa just took another Hab. Cedrick Desjardins goes for Kari Ramo.
b-day present for price maybe. now there is no competition for price at all.
Ced wasn't competition for anyone. Not even Sanford (unless he hurts himself again). Mayer's taking his spot.
