(go Weirsy) There's even an NFL pre-season game tomorrow. True Blood is getting good, while Entourage is falling apart. I think I'll make some fresh potato salad today, anyone got a good recipe? Recipes? Now you've got my attention. Check out the website Epicurious.com.....about 230 potatoe salad recipes, something for everyone. I haven't been disappointed yet.
@Moey - i use Epicurious all the time, of course. indispensable for cooking
but i am a cook who actually hates recipes. i will mix red potatoes, yellow peppers, some herbs, mayo and mustard and I am sure i will get something good

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
2 pounds clean, scrubbed new red potatoes
1 clubbed seal
6 eggs
1 pound bacon
1 onion, finely chopped
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
2 cups mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
