Yes, AHL for at least a year. I'm really looking forward to seeing how this guy turns out. I think the Habs defense prospects are pretty awesome overall.

if the defense prospects pan out decently and Price continues to progress and we hire the right coach I imagine Montreal will be very difficult to play against in a few more years.

Man, did Alex Spooge suck tonight or what? I half-expected Ovie to just stop skating and stare at him with a "wtf?" look on his face.
I saw Subban play in the OHL this year. We're going to absolutely love him, ad he's going to drive us absolutely crazy: he was by far the best player on the ice (probably the best skater I've ever seen in Junior, and an amazing passer), but he was also a turnover machine, and was really afraid of contact.
Don't get me wrong, I love him and he's going to be tons 'o fun. But we're for every dozen highlight-reel plays, we're getting a half-dozen heart attacks.
And as for offer sheets, how's about Brandon Dubinsky? I think Krejci (and lots of Bruins) are due for a disappointing year next year. Everything went well for them this year-- they're like last year's Habs, and Krejci is this year's Pleks.
