Stanley Cup Finals Update: Auntie Niemi Doing Just Fine Between Games

Auntie Niemi sitting back, knitting us a nice sweater.

Auntie Niemi, just being plain cooky!

Oh, Auntie Niemi is always so dainty.

Auntie Niemi getting those groceries done.

Auntie Niemi, a picture of calm.

OK that's good, the last one looks like my uncle with his rabid dalmation. Always hated those dogs.

Auntie Niemi :o)

You guys are twisted. Maybe this will make the European players likable enough that Don Cherry will stop being a xenophobic moron.

moeman said...

heh x2

Any Auntie Niemi at camp pics?

GG, great work. Hopefully the FHF owners added a nice big bonu$ in the payCHeque.

@Moe
I've traded in my paycheque for future legal advice.

moeman said...

Wow! GG, dats a lot of advice!

Speaking of advice, don't watch this;

GoldenGirl11 said...

That video is just embarrassing.

GoldenGirl11 said...

@Moe
Ohhhhhh! DON'T watch. Geez, I didn't take that advice very well. Wish I had.

moeman said...

GG, I may not offer valuable lawyerly advice but what I type is well-thought out for your protection.

GoldenGirl11 said...

@Moe
You'd think I would've learned something from the whole toilet/scat porn unfortunate incident.

moeman said...

GG, some things just need to be left buried, like Gu:! for example.

Man, guys, this is hilarious, but I'm still sore. Watching the Phylers get beat by the Hawks isn't enough. Is there a cure for my pain?

mr. gillis said...

@ezzeloharr: meh

I don't know why, put i commented on the TMS so if anyone gives a shit about what I think about the leafs and their fucking eulogy for the habs, check it, or don't, i don't give a fuck.

kevincrumbs said...

@gillis: My issue was that for something from Down Goes Brown, it was terribly unfunny. It's a ritual to have the eulogy written by a team's biggest rivals, so I don't mind that it's the fucking Laffs, even thought they haven't won anything in eons.

It's fucked up that it's June 1st and I'm worrying about the firing off a ton of the scouting staff.

Habsfan10 said...

For Down Goes Brown, that was pretty weak. I expect more from him because he's usually damn funny. I think those Eulogies have jumped the shark now. Puck Daddy needs a new gimmick.

Of course, it doesn't help that 98% of his commenters are dumb as a bag of fucking hammers, cynical as shit, and bitter that their team isn't still in it. Bad combo.

Kmaxx said...

I'm not spending the off season worrying about the Laffs - they are a joke, always have been, always will be - end of!

I was more interested in commenting because of the WV - hablogy - sort of a combination of Habs/Blog and history - hence a perfect summation of what this blog is all about - it's a Hablogy for Habs Fans.

Because I'm a giving person, I'd like to share with everyone the earth shattering news that just showed up in my inbox:

Alert! Discount Vajazzles Now on Sale

Glad they got Gaza and the oil spill and global warming under control under control to make room for vajazzle updates.

Back to hockey.

Holy PHuck, that PP habs eulogy was lame-o, drab, unfunny, shallow wit at best, very dissapointing, seriously I wanted to enjoy it and have a laff or get really riled up.

As one of our local ilk here is want to say "meh".

It's moments like this when I miss Wendal Clark's balls the most, this guy was the bomb, it was so much fun reading his comments, he was so completely clueless in his brainless statements ("the odd cup").

Please come home Wendal, all is forgiven, we love you!

@ all

Correction PD not PP

Word on the street is that Hossa likes to play Uncle Niemi in the showers. Could be worse. Byfuiueguleien could prefer that role.

Just waitin' to see what the Habs do with that awesome #27 pick! Pins and needles.

GoldenGirl11 said...

@LD
Habs haven't done so well with the higher picks so maybe 27 is their lucky number... Oh, ya, well THIS 27 could be lucky.

Christopher Sama said...

@GG - any good habs vajazzles? maybe one that says, "2-on-1"? or a sparkly empty net?

i've already got the turtleneck wangjazzle, so i wanted to get her a little something special.

Habsfan10 said...

Washington got John Carlson and Nick Schultz at 27th overall in the past few years. And if you want to go further back, Gomez himself was a 27th overall pick.

I know the Caps D didn't look so hot in Round 1, but if the Goat and Timmins can nab a Carlson or Schultz at 27 I'll be happy.

GoldenGirl11 said...

@Mr Trivia
I was wondering if there was a male equivalent. That thrills me because nothing says I wanna please you like Mr. Happy with a sparkle in his eye.

Christopher Sama said...

i'm hoping that our #27 pick this summer goes down as the best pick in nhl history.

odds of that happening?

wv: sosho

Christopher Sama said...

@GG - haha i'm reminded of that japanese soap commercial from the simposons "mr sparkle"

L Dude said...

Good point on the high picks, GG.
27 could be our lucky number. 3 cubed. Butch cubed.

I only just heard the term vajazzled for the first time this past weekend. Where? CBC Radio of course. I do like the wangdazzle idea. Just like a crow, Mrs. LD does like sparkly things, so maybe a few conveniently placed wangdazzles are in order. I'll just be sure to keep my pants on when I'm out in the corn field.

GoldenGirl11 said...

@Mr. Trivia
Maybe I was subliminally inspired. Saw that episode last night. That's freaky. Although I suppose it would have been freakier had I woken up all vajazzled without any recollection of how that happened.

I have total confidence in the former scouting staff. I understand that they have their eyes on 2 francophones. One is an underachiever whose grandfather was the first guy to torch a car in the Richard Riot while the other is a percussionist for the MSO. Her name is Renée Levesque, can play hava nagilla with her feet and surprisingly has a slap shot.

Christopher Sama said...

@GG - i can see the mystery vajazzle wakeup being a funny scene in "the hangover: ladies night out".

hey FHF - any chance you guys want to start bankrolling movies?

GoldenGirl11 said...

@Mr. T
you've got to be pretty hung over to not wake up to your flesh being ripped off during a Brazilian which is required before being all prettied up.

bea.habs.fan said...

I can't believe that I have been so busy at work that i missed out on the "-azzle" discussion.
I'm also missing out on not knowing what a vajazzle is ( not to mention wondering why I don't receivng such enlightening luscious e-mail offers).

who needs hockey news during the summer?

here's a question for all pundits out there who actually know hockey stuff.
given our past 'success' in draft picks, will it really make a difference that gauthier turfed 6 scouts?

GoldenGirl11 said...

Get with the program, Bea, vajazzel your vajayjay.

I think the scoutbot will be fine as long as there isn't a prolonged power failure. "And the 27th pick goes to The Canadiens who pick?.... who pick?..... is anyone there to pick for the Canadiens?... Ok, the Canadiens will be picking in a later round when they can locate the plug to their operation.... what's that? it left it in Sweden on it's last trip?ooh, that could take some time..."

moeman said...

Quotes;

"I'm spending 90 per cent of mine on booze, loose women and recreational pharmaceuticals. The other 10 per cent I'll waste." Boone at HIO.

Is spending money on vajazzling a waste?

Go Hawks, in 4.

GoldenGirl11 said...

@Moe
Boone is a hopeless vajazzler.

moeman said...

@GG, now there's an image.

swarkles said...

Random thought of the day:

If a player dies, does his salary still count towards the cap? What about the rest of his contract?

Kate said...

@bea,

Don't worry, I didn't know what a vajazzle was either, but I did have a Brazilian in California once.

moeman said...

I love this blog.

moeman said...

Whilst here and speaking of vajizzling, tsn's dregger is one crazy brian burke groupie.
So much so I am inventing a new word to describe dregger's constant unloading.

That new word is;

Burkake.

Have fun kidz.

Mr. natural said...

@moe

Burkake, destined to be the legacy of moeman!

It's gold.

...and it just so applies, I have to try it out:

"Wendel clark's balls went all Burkake ranting about the Laffs rebuilding plan".

Awesome it PHucking works!

moeman said...

Its a verb;

dare-in dredgurp Burkaked that KaKaberle is worth a 1st round pick AND a prospect.

Its a noun;

tsn is the home of the Burkake. Bring your own towels.

Its an adjective;

Burkake blue contains vitamin Eek!

Ron Mclean singing happy birthday to bettman and bettman saying that it conjured up visions of Marilyn Monroe singing to JFK. Squirm worthy tv. And the squirming is making my vajazzy crystals fall off. Damn you Gary Bettman. Damn you and your unvajazzy self.

Kmaxx said...

OK - I'm officially lost...wtf is vajay...vajazzle...remember, this is an international blog - and whatever it is , it hasn't reached the UK yet...unless we call it something different...
