Saturday night in Montreal against the Leafs. One stripper wasn't enough.
Waiting in line details - 7 PM start, Bell Centre, Montreal, QC. On TV: RDS and RDS-HD in French, CBC and CBC-HD in Leafs-speak. Montreal English radio CJAD, Montreal French radio CKAC. Still angry after that 4-3 loss at the ACC earlier in the year. Habs riding a 6-game point streak and looking damn good against the Flyers. Leafs, not so much with the looking good, after 2 straight losses including a disaster against the Caps at home.
Pay your cover charge to - Battle of Ontario. Their own Pension Plan Puppet is featuring the FHF in his 5 Questions With... feature. All our answers started with "Leafs Suck."
Hot sexy Habs to watch - Sakuuuuuuuu rules, 'stie. Kovy leading the vaunted PP machine with 5 goals.
Hot sexy Leaves to watch - Battle of the Scandinavian Captains, as Sundin has 20 points.
Skanky Habs to watch - The "Pride" of Newfoundland. After the awesome game against the Flyers, no one else belongs here, except for, you know, everyone else who can't put the puck in the net 5 on 5.
Skanky Leaves to watch - Whoever is between the stripper poles. Toskala and Raycroft both have practically identical vomit-inducing stats with GAA in the 3.6's and save % in the .88's.
Post-game adult entertainment establishment - a classic, traditional, original 6 game deserves a classic traditional spot, so check out Wanda's. Like the Leafs, it's overpriced, sort of dull, and there's no contact.
Watching the game? At the game? Listening? Imagining the game in your head? Let's hear your dirty, dirty thoughts in the comments.

Would love to stare at the eleven ladies all night with everyone, but someone has the season tix tonight and it ain't HF33. I am STOKED. I will be hoarse by the end of the night. You gotta scream louder at Leafs games to drown out the 401 travellers.
The jersey is on and im out.
In the words of Puddy, "LET'S GET IT ON!!!!"
I will hold the fort tonight. HF29 has just SMSed me to say that it's a circus around the Bell Centre. Leafs suck.
Tip off. Enjoy the game everyone.
Leafs suck.
Stupid tip. Fluke.
Leafs suck.
Nothing is getting through for the Habs. They're skating well but not getting any bounces. That's not as bad as just having seen the first Christmas commercial of the year. Fuck you, Canadian Tire.
Leafs suck.
Guys, that Q&A with the Leaf bloggers is gold. I can hear Harry & Bob high-fiving each other already.
Wooooooooooohooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!
Leasfs suck.
Nice. That was pretty good effort down low before My Little Ponykarovsky tipped it in for us. That was kind of him.
33, you have to be loving that chant. LEAFS SUCK!
Fez, you're absolutely right. 2-1. Giddy in H33ville.
Leafs suck.
Fluke. Another fluke. Ballerina goals.
Leafs suck.
A "What a game!" is in order here folks.
Las ojas son una mierda.
Las Canadiensas son dos mierdas ;)
That was a barnburner of a period.
p.s. thanks for the answers. I added them in.
thanks ppp! Prompt action on your part! sorry for being tardy. I can get you a Dr's note.
Leafs suck.
The "Leafs Suck!" chant is the best. thing. ever.
Leafs suck
No problem 33.
ottawa called though, they want their lame chant back.
p.s. Habs swallow.
But no one can ever hear the chant in Ottawa, since they get drowned out by Leafs fans.
Bob Cole is making my ears bleed
Carey Price would have stopped that one.
so would my aunt. She has no arms and no legs.
HF33 - If you actually read more Spanish than you wrote you'll appreciate this easy summary for the Habs tonight:
Jugaron como nunca, perdieron como siempre.
Until the next one!
Bench Huet, for all remaining games against the Leafs.
FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK
You know, we wont win them all. But to lose like that, on a crap goal, and to have to listen to the Leafs fans afterwards, just sucked.
FUCK FUCK FUCK FUCK
I blame Huet for tonight's loss. Kaberle's goal and Stajan's goal were terrible.
Games against the Leafs are big games. Huet has been terrible in the last 3, which includes the last game of the year last year. Huet still needs to prove himself in big games because he hasn't gotten it done.
Fuck.
I am SO GLAD I sold my tickets to tonight's game (no, not to a Laffs fan...)
I realize it's clichéd to make the following comment, but, FUCK the refs were bad tonight.
Habs definitely played pretty well, but it came down to goaltending. Toskala was unreal, and stopped a handful of good chances in the 3rd, while Huet let in a couple of softies, not to mention getting a shit bounce on the other goal.
I was impressed with the Leafs PK tonight, in that it could hold off the Habs for so long (I pretty much knew the 5-on-3 was an automatic goal). Forechecking was also a lot better than it has been on some nights.
Very frustrating ending, but let's not forget that the first period was awful until Komisarek scored. We were badly dominated. This is always the same story: the leafs come out strong, unlike the habs. Then the habs have a good period and get back into the game. But in the end, it's always the same old heartbreaker.
About Huet, he had a poor game, and he looks shaky versus the leafs, but I don't think a bad game should cost him the #1 spot just yet.
