The Morning Skate for Friday, November 2nd

Bullet points for what you missed while dreaming of partying all night with Martina Hingis...
  • One last time - FUCK YOU, Guy Bertrand. Saku introduces the team in French and goes on to have a goal and an assist as the Habs beat the Bullies 5-2. That game was just fun dammit, with the Brière booing and the 40 shots and the Josh Gorges bouncing back and stripper poles behind Huet and the.. alright enough for a bullet point. HF33 will have more on the game later;
  • You can't stop the Senators train as they win again. They tried to lose, almost blowing a 5 goal lead, and they still couldn't be defeated;
  • Wings continue to dominate as well, beating the Flames 4-1. Yawn;
  • Rick Tocchet will be reinstated in February. 3-1 odds he fucks up before then.

The sun's shining bright today. Enjoy it, 'cause tomorrow we have to listen to Bob Cole root for the Leafs.

Yet another reason to hope the Habs lay a 12 goal beating on them.

A 12 goal beating is very possible against the Leafs, even without Bryan McCabe to help the Habs along, and especially if the Habs make the Leafs take a bunch of penalties.

I hope Koivu scores 5 just to really stick it to Bertrand...
