The Morning Skate for Wednesday, November 14th

Bullet points for what you missed while dreaming of being a delusional Als coach who can't understand what he did wrong...
  • Behold the power of the firefighter male stripper. Habs win. Be sure to watch the highlights as Carey Price makes 37 saves and Mike Komisarek scores in OT. More on the game later today;
  • Stars dump GM Doug Armstrong. Brett Hull will take over. Seriously. No really, stop laughing;
  • Sean Avery is an idiot;
  • St. Louis beats the Read Wings. Did you know the Blues are over .500? Of course, in the Western Conference that will get you 11th place, but still.

Bask in the glory of the win today. Price may have stolen one, but damn TMS is happy.

It's a shame that Popp blew the game because beating the Als on Sunday would have eased the pain of last night's robbery somewhat.

Uh, this doesn't mean more beefcake, does it?

Also, any word on Dallas assistant GM Neil Smith (or whatever his title is). He's sort of an acquaintance of mine now -- I'd like to see him do well.
