Meh, that save was OK

When a Habs video makes it to a notoriously hockey-averse site like the awesome With Leather, it seems like it should be posted here, no? Anyway, here's TFS(tm)'s save from the other night, which Maguire now famously described as "the save of the year and it's not even the year yet."

It's a decent save. Had he made it while getting a lap dance then we really would have been impressed.

Am I the only one who sees that while it was an acrobatic move, the puck was NOT GOING IN?

The saves was lacking a certain panache that makes me go, "whoa Jedi skills."

The save was a crazy one. As a goalie, I can definitely appreciate it. BUT, as HabsFan4 pointed out, the puck wasn't going on. That just, well, destroys the whole thing. If it was going in, that changes everything. But, it wasn't. But crazy nonetheless. But, well, fuck, you get it.

I don't think it's clear either eay, so Price can't any chances and made an bncredible sane - the kind of save I dream about every night. Don't tell me you haven't eyebleaf!!

HEY! If Price doesn't bat it away, Holmstrom bats it in. Therefore the logical conclusion = Save of the year (and it's not even the year yet!)

don't get me wrong, panger, that save gave me a hard on. but had the puck been going into the net, i would have busted a nut. it was all a big tease.
