No mention of the 'Nucks collapse? I know it's Western Conference hockey, but watching that made me feel like I was back in Montreal and it was the last game of 06-07. Vancouverites are trying hard not to blame Sundin, but it seems to me like he's real close to complaining to the Swedish media about how Vigneault plays favorites and how the dressing room is always split over which after-hours spot has the loosest teenage girls.
@Van Hab - you're right, my bad. Luongo actually sucking and Sundin being a bad luck charm are good stories.
Claude Lemieux got recalled by the Sharks. say what you want about him, or about the 'favour' the Sharks are doing him, but his minor league numbers aren't too shabby. This looks like a great fucking move and i'm legitimately afraid of the Sharks now come playoff time.
If Swedish media wrote any more about Sundin a)that would be all they have time to do and b)universum would quite likely explode. After all, you can't post too many picture of that bald head without any consequenses...
@van hab
NOW you're afraid? You, sir, may have the biggest balls the world has ever known.
In other "hockey players who snubbed the Habs" news, it is reported that the Flyers are desperate to give Daniel Briere away to anyone foolish enough to take his huge contract. Although he is ready to return from injury they don't have the cap space to accommodate him:
