- Isles win their first, leaving the Leafs as the last team not to win a game;
- The Savard- and Lucic-free Bruins manage to win thanks to goals by Bégin and Ryder. Wait, what?

Sergei has the right to wonder why the likes of Stewart, D'Agostini, Paciorety (what is behind the MaxPac love???), and even Lapierre and Latendresse, are ahead of him.
