I am not looking for psychophants but the total of what is Habs coverage at RDS is pathetic, sometimes disgusting and extremely sub-par. I can appreciate criticism/freedom of the press during what has become as less than glorious season but more than half of what RDS dedicates/produces re:the Canadiens is schlock.

Didn't see the game, but was checking on the internet every change I could get. Once they scored the second goal I told my co-worker who knows nothing about hockey, "Now they'll give up the lead." Which the Habs promptly did. As strange as it is, I felt more comfortable with it 1-0 than 2-0 because I know the boys seem to get a little too complacent with a lead, and the bigger the lead the more complacent.
Maybe I'm wrong. Like I said, I didn't see the game. Maybe it was a couple of bad breaks. But the Bolts only had 8 shots through 2 periods, and only 11 when the Habs scored their second. Then all of a sudden the shots total seemed to jump up in the last 10 mins. Too bad, a shut out would have really helped Price's head.
In any event, I'll take the points. I'm looking ahead to Saturday and think if they can pull that one off we'll be in good shape. Nothing for sure, but the Sabers aren't the bottom of the barrel and it'll be more of a statement.
Almost forgot:
